Firstly, thank you for subscribing to DO IT NOW Magazine. We are thoroughly enjoying seeing the online subscriber counter grow each day and it's great to see that readers are enjoying the magazine and want to see more of it.

The purpose of this mail is to get some feedback on how subscribers are experiencing receipt of their posted magazines. We would like to develop as smooth a process as possible by getting any obstacles out of the way as soon as possible.

If you subscribed before 25 September you should have at least received the October issue of DO IT NOW Magazine by now. If you have not received the magazine PLEASE  . Please be sure to include the following in your email: Name; Surname; Phone number; Full postal details*; the issues you havent received yet (Feb, April, June, Aug, Oct, Dec) - depending on when you subscribed. 

If you have had any other challenges or suggestions please reply to this mail with the following: Description of the challenge/suggestion; Name and Surname.

Once we have all the feedback we will contact you directly regarding any challenge you might have.

* We prefer postal details as we find that copies sent to residential addresses seem to get lost along the way.
