South Africa's oldest and best-loved consumer show, the Rand Show, is set to thrill families again in 2015 with the introduction of a Pirates Paradise imported specially for the Show from Italy. Kids aged 3 - 14 will have a ton of fun in the nautically-themed Pirates Paradise. The best news of all for families that there is no additional charge to play in the Pirates Paradise as this is included in the entrance fee.

THRILLS FOR THE BIGGER FISHES
There are some real giants from the deep to amuse kids over 5. Biggest of them all is the Kraken, a nine-metre monster slide based on the legendary sea monster that dragged sailing ships to their doom with its powerful tentacles. The eight-metre high Titanic offers kids a scream-worthy slide down the pitched decks of the ill-fated ocean liner.

FUN FOR ALL AGES
For a chilled ride, try the Wave, six-metres of relaxed sliding onto a tropical island beach. Or let the kids "shiver their timbers" on Pirates a four-metre slide and jumping experience.

FOR THE SMALL FRY
For three- to six-year olds there's a Sea Park featuring smaller slides, tunnels and bouncy fun. Come see what's down in the briny deep inside the Underwater Adventure a six-metre jumping castle that's sure to burn off loads of energy.
