The Springbok Experience Shop is a dedicated flagship SA Rugby/ Springbok retail store located at the Springbok Experience Rugby Museum. The Shop caters for young and old and features an extensive range of Springbok-branded clothing, accessories, memorabilia and gifts. Popular ranges include the official Springbok supporters jerseys, the SA Rugby "Lifestyle" range of fashion wear, and the "Bokkie" range of children's clothing and merchandise. Gift vouchers for shop and museum available for family, friends, colleagues or prizes.

The museum is open 7 days a week from 10h00 until 18h00, with last entry at 17h30 – extended trading hours can be arranged for large groups by prior arrangement. Discounted rates are applicable for pre-arranged and pre-paid bookings of 20 or more in a group.
