“Reps Fitness is the gym you have always dreamed of,” says Rudi Wilcocks, Manager and Trainer Reps Fitness.  “We offer a lot more than traditional gyms including CrossFit, Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, BoxFit, MMAFit, Personal Training and more.  I have been doing obstacle course races for about three years now.  I enjoy the challenge and the mud.  This time round I am very excited as we’ll be getting some of our athletes involved”.

“Our main goal is just to have fun and enjoy the challenge with friends,” continues Wilcocks.  “With obstacle course racing you never know what to expect.  It is just as much mental preparation as it is physical.  Here at REPS we definitely prepare for challenges like that.  Every time you are in the ring fighting, it’s a mental game to keep going and not surrender to your opponent.  In the CrossFit class it’s always the unknown, and unexpected, but we always push through and finish on top.  I enjoy the new and exciting obstacles that IMPI thinks out each year.  Even though I enjoy running, for me it’s definitely the hardest part of the race.  Getting wet and dirty is the most enjoyable”.
