Iron Man 70.3 km

Good luck to everyone competing in this weekend's Iron Man 70.3 km, which is taking place in East London. The race consists of a 1.9 km swim (cut-off time 1 hour 10 minutes), 90.1 km bike (cut-off time 4 hours 5 minutes) and 21.1 km run (cut-off time 3 hours 15 minutes). The race starts in six waves, from pro athletes to different age groups and lastly the teams.
