Words: Alina Golea

Avaunt all ye merry, and join the magical medieval fayre! We invite minstrels, strolling players, stilt walkers, fire dancers and all manner of buskers and barons, knights, jousters, fair maidens and their steeds to join us for a midsummer night of merriment!

Johannesburg is invited to travel back in time to experience the magic of Medieval at the Ball & All Driving Range & Pub in Nooitgedacht (just across Malibongwe from the Lion Park) on the 5th of September 2015. We encourage the young at heart to embrace their inner Lannisters and Starks and join us for this midsummer’s night filled with dreams and fantasy!

This is the fourth annual Medieval Fayre organised and hosted by Neigh-Bours Team Meryl Rosenberg and Dayle Robyn Mallinson. Knights in shining armour, fair damsels (in not so much distress), warlocks, wenches, ruffians and rogues handsome steeds and huge hunting hounds, the Neigh-Bours Magical Medieval Fayre has something for the entire family (both two-legged & four!)
